Troubleshooting: Hosted User Database
Following are some troubleshooting tips:
A hosted user is unable to authenticate.
- Go to Administration > Authentication > User Management and verify the username.
The user might have entered an incorrect password. Go to Administration > Authentication > User Management and reset the user’s password.
Find users who have not logged in to the service.
- To find newly-created users who have not yet authenticated, navigate to Administration > Authentication > User Management and use the Search button to find the users.
- You can sort users by user ID, group or department.
